Laboratorio Tecnológico del Uruguay
(LATU) is organizing the 2nd International
Symposium on Food Development and Innovation:
INNOVA 2005, to be held
from 28 to 30th September at the LATU Conference
Center in Montevideo.
This Symposium will focus
three main subjects: Functional Foods
and Nutraceuticals, New Technologies for
Food Processing, Conservation and Traceability,
Food Films and Packaging
