Please take into account the following notes: • PRE-CONFERENCE TOUR - Cost of package is PER PERSON in double base occupancy. Please indicate with whom you share room specially if two sharing rooms are independent full registrations. If single occupancy a supplement charge of US$ 350 for the total days has to be added. Pre-Conference tour includes all meals. • CONFERENCE - If companions wish to attend the Conference they should register independently as particiapants, not as “companions” as this category doesn’t have access to conference hall. One of the participants must indicate “sharing room with ______” so that  we know they share with some other participant whether spouse or a colleague and also state  this in comments. If “companion” not attending conferences they may register as “companions”. • ACCOMMODATION IN MONTEVIDEO - Costs in Montevideo hotels are  PER ROOM either single or double occupancy. When booking hotel in Montevideo companions or those participants registered independently  but sharing room, one of them should not add up hotel in his/her registration form – only one should add hotel as hotel’s costs in Montevideo are PER ROOM (one or two persons).
